The following is information relevant to you as a new supervisee.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A few important points regarding the structure of our sessions:

• Rate: $125/ session; MUIH grads and former students may join for $85/ session.

• Sessions must be paid, in-full, at the beginning of each session. Payment can be made via Paypal to julia@empoweryogatherapy.com, or Venmo to julia-romano-1. Payments via check and Zelle can also be arranged.

• All sessions not cancelled with 24 hour notice, or rescheduled for the same calendar week (based on my availability) will be charged the full session rate.

Sessions is a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform that I use for online client work. You can log on to this link at the start of every session. If, for whatever reason, video isn’t available to you on any given day, we can meet via phone.

RECORD OF SUPERVISION SESSIONS

Should you seek to utilize our sessions toward your IAYT Continuing Education requirements, it is adviseable that you record the session date and time each time we meet.

I can provide a more formal record of our sessions upon request.
